Nordic Aviation Group has grown to become the biggest aviation group in Estonia. The Airline is 100% owned by the Republic of Estonia and offers strategic partnership by providing long-term flight services to other European airlines. The Group is currently operating a fleet of 15 aircraft. In 2023, the airline will expand its fleet to include the Airbus A320.

• Developing training materials for cabin crew training in cooperating with the manager cabin crew training
• Preparing classroom materials and other documents such as training footprints
• Organizing and booking rooms, instructors
• Keeping an overview of all ongoing and planned training activities
• Archiving and collecting training folders and record keeping
• Collaborates with the other stakeholders in the training department/training team

• Good computer skills (MS office package)
• Structured way of working
• Experience in the aviation sector is an advantage but not a must
• Previous experience as an assistant in similar role is desirable
