Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

• To develop and design mechanical solutions for fixtures and tools used in production
• To cooperate with design partners and other stakeholders
• To archive and release the design documentation
• Provide training, support, and oversight for other designers
• To be part of an Agile development team

• Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (preferable in design)
• Minimum 8 years work experience in mechanical design, preferable in machine building
• Have a solid understanding of mechanical design principles and calculations for static and dynamic constructions
• Excellent 3D modelling skills using a CAD system, including 3D mechanical design and creating drawings
• Good understanding about pneumatics and electrical cabling
• Good knowledge of and experience in using of GD&T
• Good knowledge about the CE approval process
• You are ready to innovate
• Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
• Initiative and results orientated, has a strong personal drive, will see tasks and projects through to the end
• Great interpersonal and training skills, being a team player
• Be flexible, enthusiastic, creative, and pro-active
• Computer skills (MS Office, CAD-systems)
• Very good spoken and written English
