YOUR COOL ROLE
You will play an important role in the marketing team and work closely with the Head of Operations, Project Managers, Country Managers, and Casino department. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing Casino Campaign Marketing strategy and its execution according to plan across all possible channels such as on-site campaigns and CRM.

YOUR COOL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understanding the customers and industry, behaviour in Coolbet’s core markets, and based on that, plan, execute, maintain and analyze your activities for selling our casino and games product.
• You must be on top of the latest news in the Casino world and the key events as you would be building campaigns around them.
• Be on top of the competitor’s casino campaign offering across core markets.
• Analyze the campaign’s performances and know Casino and Games target segments to optimize bonus spending.
• Lead Casino Campaign team.
• A/B Testing of campaigns to improve the campaigns’ efficiency.
• Being in charge of Casino product offerings through CRM with the objective of meeting the conversion and reactivation KPIs.
• Proposing, building/executing, maintaining, and analyzing global and local campaigns in cooperation with Country Managers with the objective of offering a local product.
• Full ownership of local CRM offering.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM A COOL MARKETING MANAGER

• Higher education in a marketing-related field.
• Experience in iGaming industry related to Casino products or Casino marketing.
• Computer skills: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Creative, detail-oriented, have an excellent ability to plan own and overview the team members’ work.
• Other necessary skills: interest in casino, ability to analyze company performance and subsequently make strategic suggestions, ability to handle stress and take quick actions in stressful situations.
• You are preferably already living in Estonia.
