To support its expansion, Xfly is looking for supervising accountant.
Xfly is a member of Nordic Aviation Group, a state-owned airline based in Tallinn (headquarters), Stockholm, Copenhagen, Aarhus, Vilnius and Turku. A multicultural company is one of the biggest capacity provider airlines in Europe, focused on long-term contracts with Major European airlines. Xfly is operating a fast-growing fleet of modern CRJ900 and ATR 72-600 aircraft.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures that the company abides with the set of laws implemented by the state related to taxes and handing financial transactions
- Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations
- Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts
- Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in accounting, business, economics, finance or a similar field
- Very good knowledge of Estonian Financial Reporting Standards
- Proficiency in IFRS
- Very good level of English and Estonian, both spoken and written in combination with strong communication skills
- Relevant experience in financial & management accounting, particularly in Aviation Industry is advantageous
- ACCA certificate or in progress would be welcomed
- At least 5 years in accounting
