YOUR COOL ROLE
We are seeking for positive, service-minded people to work with our Chilean, Peruvian and Ecuadorian customers. You will be the face of the company for new customers and the champion of the customers within the company. In our team, you will have the potential to learn and do a lot, simply by taking initiative. Come and check us out in an interview!
- Helping our customers via chat and e-mail.
- Working with other departments to solve customer queries.
- Working in night shifts.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM A COOL CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST?
- You are from within EU or living in Estonia.
- You are excellent Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- You are service-minded and have a positive attitude.
- You feel comfortable behind the keyboard.
- You have interest in either sports, poker or casino.
- Prior work experience is not essential but preferred.
