YOUR COOL ROLE

The Financial Analyst will provide planning, reporting, analysis, and decision support to both the Corporate & Operational departments. We are looking for an analyst with strong Finance and Accounting knowledge and who strives in a fast-paced environment. This analyst will play a role in budgeting and planning for revenue, expenses, and resources; creating month-end reports for the management, and collaborating with stakeholders to carry out the FP&A responsibilities.

YOUR COOL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Being an active member of a team of professionals with a focus on financial planning processes and strategic development
• Contributing to the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts
• Creating, updating, and maintaining financial models and detailed forecasts of the company’s operations
• Preparing regular corporate executive analytics, presentations, reporting materials, and performing ad-hoc financial and industry-related analyses to uphold strategic decision-making
• Supporting stakeholders with monthly analytical summaries of business development and financial results
• Gaining an understanding of all facets of the business for efficiency and providing quality support to all business partners
• Transforming the financial data to a format that is suitable for analytics and visualization
• Finding new paths for the company to explore, possibly identifying areas where more data could be collected for deeper analysis

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM A COOL FINANCIAL ANALYST?

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• At least 2 years experience in a related role, preferably in an international environment
• General knowledge of full-cycle accounting and Financial Statements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel with financial modeling experience
• Experience with BI and data visualization
• Experience with Tableau and/or budgeting tools would be an advantage
