Requirements

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, conducting interviews and/or HR work.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan and work independently and effectively, juggle several projects
  • Have a proactive approach, high ethical standards and love teamwork
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English and Russian

Work responsibilities

  • Managing full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and screening for IT and business positions
  • Creating job descriptions, carrying out selection processes, organizing and conducting interviews
  • Being the first point of contact providing an amazing candidate experience
  • Assist the HR manager in daily tasks, work with HR related documentation
  • Assist employees with day-to-day questions
