Together with leaders, Competence Drivers and People Function, Competence Lead is supporting employees' competence growth in their learning journey. Lead is responsible for strategic competence development activities, defining and developing learning areas. We are looking for someone with can-do attitude and the understanding of learning organization importance and characteristics who follows Ericsson core values: professionalism, respect, integrity and perseverance.

As a Competence Lead You will:
• Develop and lead systematic and strategic competence development framework
• Design & drive competence digital transformation journey in Supply Site Tallinn
• Design & drive production competence development
• Lead Change by focusing on key competence areas
• Enable competence development performance measurements
• Work closely with leaders and help translate competence gaps into tangible actions
• Cooperate with global L&D network, ensuring global initatives are implemented according to local needs and vice versa
• Endorse upskilling culture as part of Supply Site Tallinn´s natural DNA
• Play a key role in execution of our global supply strategy by driving competence & knowledge development

To succeed in this role, it is important You shall have:
• Passion for competence development, You are a people person and a strong change leader
• Experience in and established track record of designing and delivering innovative learning programs with measurable business results that meet stakeholder needs
• Positive mentality that attracts change, inclusion & forward looking
• The ability to understand business requirements, generate insights & sell vision
• Ability to manage complexity when there are no given answers and drive forward the best solutions
• Can-do & collaboration attitude: “I don’t win unless the team wins“
• Experience in agile environment, team collaboration, data-driven development, international collaboration, reliable and responsible experimentation
• Structured way of working and ability to take own initiatives
• Higher education (Master’s Degree) and minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in the field of learning and development
• Very good English skills (minimum C2), knowledge of Russian is bonus
