As an Improvement Manager, you will:
• Review and analyze the performance of various procedures in the Test Technology department and make improvement suggestions
• Drive process improvements projects including processes mapping and synchronizing them with global process architects
• Provide technical and analytical support for improvement initiatives
• Develop process analysis and re-engineering to improve efficiency, tools, and improving process quality
• Facilitate design and implementation of new/improved process models
• Measure how the process is utilized and document the system details
• Lead the process team to achieve desired results and coordinate with various teams to analyze project results and performance
• Perform project management, analytics, and measure to ensure milestones are met, and deliverables achieved
• Identify and manage resources to deliver effective solutions
• Organize and coordinate suitable demos and launch events for the activities performed

• Proven experience in leading projects, skills to process high-level requirements into a clear backlog

importantly, passion to consistently deliver outstanding results
• Flexibility and willingness to take on different challenges
• Fluent English in speaking, reading, and writing
• Higher education in the field of Engineering or computer science
