Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Kõu Factory is looking for a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our team. Your main role will be developing effective production quality control processes. You will be in charge of products and production quality issues and making sure that the improvement activities are done (for example 8D reports). You will be assuring accurate production records and documentation.

In addition, you will be conducting internal company audits and ensuring products certification and documentation. You will lead quality tools implementation in product development (for example DFMEA).

To succeed in the role you should be punctual, correct, systematic and organised. At the same time, you should be able to handle a mess which will never get fully organised - we are growing too fast for this. To fit in the team you should be able to prioritise tasks in a constantly changing environment, sometimes not even on a daily but hourly basis while keeping your can-do attitude.

As all Kõu-modulers are very independent, you should also have good self-management skills. You should have at least 2 years of QA related work experience and higher education in the field is a bonus. You must have experience with hands-on quality control and reading and understanding standards. If you have a VT2 certificate, that gives you a sure edge.
