Quality Manager (Temporary position)

Higher education, preferably technical
Work experience in quality related role in manufacturing company
Experience in developing and managing organizational processes
Strong written communication and verbal skills
Negotiation skills and drive for improvement of supplier quality
Strong analytical skills to identify the source of problems
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14000
Good English and Estonian language (spoken and written), Russian language (spoken) is merited
Leadership skills and drive to lead improvement actions

Preferred Skills/Experience:
Work experience in electronics field
Experience with ERP systems

Temporary employment until Dec 2024 for covering the manager on Maternity Leave.

Local quality representative for IMS
Develop and improve processes, also interfaces with SWE
Involve and solve product quality related tasks
Drive supplier related tasks
Plan, drive and carry out internal audits
Local representative for product compliance fulfillment (NFPA, ATEX, (Medical))
Local representative for external and internal audits
Be local representative for Customer Experience follow up
Support fact-based decisions by utilizing PowerBI
Local representative for Document Management System
Support the local team to meet the Global Trade Compliance requirements
Supervise a team: 3 Quality Engineers (2 in Estonia, 1 in Sweden), 2 Quality Inspectors
