Join the Test Technology team as we are gearing up for the future!

We are now looking for a Manager for the Test Project Office Remote Radio team. You will drive an organization of Test Product Owners, Automation Product Owners, and Product and Project Managers responsible for test project management in Test Technology. As a Development Leader, you will teach, coach, challenge, and develop individuals, teams, and organizations. You will foster a creative and learning culture and drive Technology evolution for our Test Product Ownership. You will also be a part of the Test Project Office leadership team and be a part of developing and implementing strategies to enable our company’s success!

As a Manager of Test Project Office Remote Radio you will be responsible for:
● Developing Program and Project Management for Remote Radio
● Ensuring capabilities to deliver technology evolution roadmap of test products
● Working and coordinating with Test Program Managers to achive Test Technology department goals
● Stakeholder Management
● Test Project development processes
● Actively collaborate with Program Office and Product Design Units
● Manage, plan and review the function to adhere to Test Technology and Supply Strategy
● Forcast, manage cost control
● Develop teams, individuals, and organizations
● Talent & Competence development
● Strategic deliveries to enable technology development needed for current and future product releases

In this role, it is important you have:
• Education: minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business (or equivalent)
• Excellent Project & Program management skills
• Work experience as a leader/manager, prefeably as a leader of leaders
• Customer focus, insight and business understanding
• The ability to understand business requirements, generate insights & sell vision
• Ability to manage complexity when there are no given answers and drive forward the best solutions
• Can-do & collaboration attitude: “I don’t win unless the team wins“
• Domain experience: project management, agile ways of working, technical leadership
• Excellent communication, negotiation & people skills & excellent communication skills in English
• Strong Personal drive and will to achieve challenging targets
• Strong coaching & mentoring skills
• Proficiency in formulating strategies and concepts
