• Creating and maintain information architecture and records of files and revisions
• Producing high-quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience including easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and developer guides
• Analyzing existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
• Collaborating across the organization to distill highly technical information into clear, accessible documents for internal and external use
• Identifying documentation requirements based on internal Quality Assurance and IT security processes
• Ensuring documents conform to company standards and specifications and language usage principles
• Understanding engineering and technical documents including drawings, specifications, sketches, mock-ups, network architecture and software design documents

• Higher or vocational education in a technical field, communications field, information studies or library sience or at least 3 years of applicable work experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability to present complex information in clear, concise text
• Ability to navigate complex set of rules and regulations
• Highly proficient with MS Word
• Experience with moderating MS SharePoint or Wiki style hypertext publication
• Experience with Documentation Management Systems
• Experience with Agile ways of working
• Basic understanding of visual design
