As Sourcing Specialist, you will be driving the harmonization and optimization of Indirect sourcing processes, tools and reports in all Indirect Sourcing categories. You will support the sourcing managers in data analysis and reporting, and will have some country specific sourcing tasks. As part of the Indirect Sourcing team your contribution is important to reach the most effective way-of-working within Indirect Sourcing and with the internal and external stakeholders.
This role is a permanent position and is located in Saue, Estonia. You will report to the Head of Indirect Sourcing Pieter-Jan De Clercq, who is located in Roeselare, Belgium.

• Drive and lead (sub)projects and tasks and report to your manager
• Create manuals of processes and tools (e.g., documentation of new way-of-working once the new ERP system is in place)
• Challenge status quo by constantly developing way-of-working within Indirect Sourcing and its interfaces
• Roll out change and continuous improvement within Indirect Sourcing and its interfaces
• Support by doing data analysis for the different sourcing managers
• Gather data and make reports on energy cost to support the energy sourcing
• Support sourcing managers in setting up RFI’s and RFP’s in our tendering system
• Be the first point of contact for Indirect Sourcing in the Estonian part of the Paulig organization.
• Conduct some smaller sourcing activities for local stakeholders and with local suppliers.

• A bachelor or university degree, preferably in engineering or economics
• First experience (2-5 years) in sourcing services
• Strong computer skills (Office 365; Power Bi and ERP system(s) (e.g., AX, Infor))
• Some project management skills
• Strong analytical skills, and structured approach on process development with capabilities for seeing the bigger picture
• Strong drive for results while engaging other people
• Fluent written and spoken English and Estonian. Fluency in Finnish, Swedish, Spanish or Dutch are seen as a plus.
