As an Equipment Engineer, you will:
• Ensure that the equipment within the engineer’s responsibility functions as intended.
• Identify systematic errors and propose improvements.
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance.
• Optimize maintenance policies for technicians.
• Ensure the presence of tools, replaceable parts and adequate training for maintaining and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Evaluate and aid commissioning of new equipment and tools.
• Solve complex problems regarding equipment handling.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
• Higher or special technical education.
• Professional experience in the electronics assembly industry.
• At least 3 years of work experience related to production in the EMS business or the electronics assembly industry.
• Advanced understanding of production process.
• Advanced problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork mentality and good communication skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Innovative and imitative approach.
• Proactive and can-do attitude.
