As a People Operations Specialist, You will:

• Work together with People Partners and Leaders
• Provide administrative support for local People team
• Manage employment contracts and other employee related documents according to Ericsson processes and local legislation
• Support leaders to ensure high satisfaction for new employees onboarding in Ericsson Estonia (prepare onboarding plans, documentation & trainings)
• Support and advise employees with day-to-day questions related to people processes and way of working
• Identify improvement opportunities in the processes and participate in local and global People improvement projects

You will likely succeed in the role if you have:

• Excellent communication skills, well organized, proactive and flexible nature
• Ability to make decisions quickly and work independently, open-mindedness to changing environment
• Keen interest in working with people and in HR field
• Positive attitude for learning new things and you enjoy working in a team
• Higher education or equivalent working experience
• Very good MS Office skills
• Fluent Estonian and English language skills, Russian is an advantage
