Work experience in the agricultural industry, labouring or army experience is highly preferable. A reasonable level of English is also preferable. Applicants must be fit and healthy enough to be able to complete manual labour tasks. Applicants must be able to qualify for an Australian Working Holiday VISA which has an age limit for applicaiton of 30 years of age.

The employment period starts approx. 15/10/2022 and there would be a requirement for you to be in Australia by the 01/10/2022 for inductions. 

Innovative Agricultural Services (IAS) is offering to pay the cost of your Working Holiday VISA in Australia ($495) and $250 towards your flight to allows maximum saving of money in a short amount of time to then travel and enjoy Summer in Australia.

Innovative Agricultural Services provides food (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack) accommodation and transport during the period of employment. This allows for 100% of your earnings to be saved.

For the labourer position the payment rate per hour is $29/hour plus superannuation guarantee of 10% for hours worked between 7:30pm-4:00am and $27/hour plus superannuation guarantee of 10% for all other hours. The majority of work conducted by IAS is night works to eliminate sun exposure/fatigue and favourable wind conditions. In addition to the above hourly rates a $3/hr bonus is payable for all hours completed during the season, paid subject to working till the end of the season, approx. $1200-$1500.
