As a Manager of Supplier Quality Lead Engineering You will:
• Drive material quality for ESS Tallinn product portfolio
• Facilitate close cooperation with Engineering, starting from early phases of product development
• Drive structured and effective material quality improvements
• Establish close cooperation with Suppliers as early as possible
• Develop & lead competent, motivated, target and Customer-focused personnel
• Support your team talent & competence development
• Lead by example in Ericsson on the Move universe
In this role, it is important You have:
• Domain experience of Quality methodologies
• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies & techniques
• Good business and financial understanding, including cost management
• Ability to drive changes & overall change management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• “Thriving for the best quality" mindset
• University degree in Engineering
• Excellent Leadership skills & previous management experience is a plus
• Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing
