Business Analyst in Web Development

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Set the direction for our external web and Intranet (overall 150+ sites) on a Group level;
• Work alongside with a Product owner and key-stakeholders from different domains to make sure only needed solutions are taken to sprints;
• Collaborate with Software Engineers describing high-tech solutions in a detail format and verifying the end result (Acceptance Testing) before delivery;
• Contribute to development of a sustainable CMS that meets our customers expectations.

What is needed in this role:

• Analytical mindset (ability to transform Business needs into comprehensive IT requirements);
• Demonstrated 2 years of analyst experience in IT;
• Understanding of software development process incl. web applications working principles;
• Knowledge of agile methodology, understanding of Scrum;
• Readiness for intensive and cooperative team-work;
• Excellent communication skills, fluent written and spoken English.
