As RPCM Specialist, your responsibilities are:
• Emergency Support 24/7 Front Office 1st Line Support
• Tools administration and assistance
• Performance reporting and statistics
To succeed in this role you should have:
• Fluency in English, Russian
• Technical educational background preferred – Telecom or IT related
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, mostly of Excel
• Proven problem solving, troubleshooting and communication skills
• Accuracy and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and to perform routine tasks
• Professional mindset with strong ability to prioritize, manage time and deliver results
• Strong team player mindset with high interpersonal skills
