DevOps Engineer with focus on Data Science

• Plan, develop, deploy, and maintain services that enable teams to do their work efficiently and securely by expanding Swedbank's infrastructure portfolio.
• Work alongside data scientists, engineers, architects, investigators, and product owners on deliveries to advance boundaries of data science within banking and finance, especially when fighting crime.
• Satisfy your curiosity for researching, whilst solving problems and establishing best practices along with the team.
• Take on a lead role in defining, implementing, and maintaining Swedbank’s governance frameworks on AI.
• Continuously grow and develop your skills by expanding your knowledge of data science, DevSecOps and Cloud infrastructure as well as the financial sector.
• Be part of a unique team (fun, diverse, skilled, and international).

What is needed in this role:

• Love of problem solving and optimising solutions
• Experience working on a major Cloud platform, such as Azure (preferred), AWS or GCP
• Desire to work with AI and machine learning through reproducible data science
• Produce Cloud infrastructure through infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform)
• Integrate data infrastructure in a hybrid Cloud environment (e.g. Pub/Sub tech) and consuming data sources
• Comfortable switching between a DevOps, DevSecOps and MLOps way of working
• Help deliver data science products through microservices using APIs
• Experience with container orchestration through Kubernetes or OpenShift (meriting)
• Design and develop robust containerised API using technologies such as FastAPI and Swagger
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
• Ensure good service health through monitoring
• Team player and business acumen and a customer-centric mindset as well as active participation and engagement in stakeholder communication
• Familiarity with securing access to services using best practices in Identity & Access Management (meriting)
• Have worked in a highly regulated industry or technology environment (meriting)
