Acty is looking for a curious and quality-oriented Project manager/analyst to deliver with us high-standard e-commerce projects.

You will become a part of our growing e-commerce team that works with our medium- and big-size clients. Our flat and solutions-focused culture enables us to deliver seamless digital services and products. Our teams work according to Scrum. All this provides flexibility, dynamics, and transparency in the development process.

Your tasks and challenges are:
* Transform data insights into products with valuable outcomes to the ultimate customer
* Manage backlog efficiently, outline milestones and deliverables
* Identify opportunities and prevent or minimize risks
* Generate and translate product ideas into detailed requirements and user story documentation
* Collaborate with the team to create documentation (specifications, research, UX/UI design etc) and make release/deployment decisions
* Lead the overall product development
* Do the work with passion and put your heart into it

Your profile is:
* 2+ year experience as a Project Manager or Analyst or Product Owner
* Knowledge of software development lifecycle
* Experience in building products from scratch
* Basic knowledge of web technologies and trends
* Intolerance to inefficiency & and strong will to achieve high-quality results
* Strategic mind-set
* Experience in e-commerce
* Analytical skills and data-driven solutions
* Good understanding of user experience design
* Strong customer focus combined with an empathic approach
* An accountable team player with an ambition to become a bigger professional
* Deep desire to get better at what you do
* Fluent in English and Estonian
* Strong self-discipline

Nice to have
* Experience in Agile Scrum methodology
* Knowledge in programming
