We are looking to hire an IT SPECIALIST

Your key responsibilities
• You will provide On-Site IT support for EY employees in Estonia;
• You will follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams;
• You will guide, give assistance and follow-up on client questions, problems, or troubleshooting issues (hardware and software);
• You will install and configure computers for new joiners;
• You will maintain and improve the customer service.
