What will you do?
- Identify and source (active and passive) prospective candidates through a variety of sources/methods (including internal database, job boards, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, etc.)
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a candidate pipeline for Product and Engineering teams
- Contact potential candidates for opened positions
- Work close with recruiters and Hiring managers to achieve team goals
- Do market researches & analysis.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in IT (in-house recruiter or at an agency).
- Experience and knowledge in Sourcing, Recruiting Search
- Attention to details
- Easy-learning
- Being self-organized, goal-oriented and determined
- Creative thinking
- Good written and spoken English
