About this opportunity

Welcome to the People services team which is an integrated part of the Group People value chain, and in the front end connected with People leaders and Business area priorities. We are proud to say that we are a part of the daily pulse of the Nordea business through the support we give to People Leaders. The typical services supported by People Partner are related to helping People Leaders navigate complex people and organizational challenges, and serving People leaders as the trusted sparring partner and co-driver.

What you’ll be doing:

- As the People Partner in People Services Estonia you will be responsible together with your colleagues to cover incoming errands from all Leaders in Nordea Estonia where leaders need support

- You will also work proactively ensuring leaders are skilled and prepared to act on and drive the people agenda related to the yearly People cycle

- Included in your operational responsibilities, you will also work close to People Direct to ensure a wholistic coverage of the support to leaders, and as People Partner you will also be a part of virtual cross country team connecting with other People Partners who support similar areas as yourself

- Together we make it happen and you will also be a part of the global People Partner community where we grow together and evolve our ways of working

- Furthermore, there will be an opportunity to be the Estonia point of contact strategically towards any Nordea Group People Center of Expertise (CoE) areas. This will more exactly be defined based on your interest and possibilities at hand.

Your experience and background:

- Your educational background is likely to be a Master's degree or equivalent
- You are an experienced People/HR generalist, with track record of supporting people leaders in both individual and organizational growth and performance
- It’s and advantage if you have passion and experience within Employee experience, Diversity and Inclusion, Performance and Leadership development areas
- You enjoy creating high performance on both individual and team level, and employee engagement via interventions of people leaders you support
- You focus on customer satisfaction, as well as efficiency and you are ready to say no as well as ensuring people leaders are the ones taking responsibility and ownership
- You have great stakeholder management skills on all levels of seniority
- You have great communication skills in both individual context and larger groups
- You have experience in working cross-border
- You are fluent in Estonian and English, both speaking and writing

The role is based in Tallinn.
