Incident Engineer

We are looking for an Incident Specialist to join us in our brand new team, headed up by our Incident Manager, who can be integral in minimising and controlling the impact of all incidents and alerts raised in all departments within the company. With fantastic communication skills, you will be able to create strong working relationships with your colleagues and a flexible, 'out of the box' way of thinking will mean you will be able to quickly alleviate any pain points the teams have!

What we need:

Serve as a part of a very dynamic team to be a primary point of escalation for all incidents and alerts raised by different channels/teams.
Ability to synthesise data from multiple sources and present concise, relevant information to other Engineering teams.
Facilitate execution of the incident command process, including logging, categorisation, prioritisation, escalation, resolution, and closure.
Participate in cross-functional post-incident process reviews and root cause analysis in order to drive continuous improvement of operations and execution.
Monitoring dashboards during business hours and flexibility to be on-call rotation during after business hours to tackle outages.
Closely partner and collaborate with Infrastructure, Engineering, Operations, Customer support, and Leadership to ensure alignment across the business
