Technical Compliance Analyst

We are looking for a forward thinking, Technical Compliance Analyst who will be directly engaged in the regulatory support and certification lifecycle of our product. While your focus will be on bridging technical and regulatory requirements, the position provides great exposure to RSI’s overall product lifecycle and various projects (such as entering new jurisdictions). What you'll do:

Analyze proposed regulations and provide structured feedback to regulators.
Work closely with compliance organization to understand the regulatory needs of each jurisdiction and break them down into actionable requirements for internal stakeholders.
Develop processes and standard operating procedures for product submission to regulatory bodies and independent testing labs.
Collaborate with external parties (such as independent testing labs and technology vendors) which provide services to meet our regulatory requirements.
Maintain a well-organized requirements knowledge base.
Analyze potential compliance incidents and violations.
Keep up with amendments to the regulations.
Conduct periodic reviews to validate if RSI’s systems and processes are working as designed and according to the regulatory and internal requirements and identify technical or procedural gaps and help internal parties to mitigate compliance risks and achieve compliant solutions.
Participate in audits by preparing necessary materials and providing support to other teams involved.
Create and file (periodic) reports as requested by the regulatory bodies.
Provide ongoing compliance support, training, and recommendations to the RSI engineering organization.

Strong analytical capabilities.
And experience in organizing interconnected information.
A sense of ownership and a passion for technology.
Proficiency in English.
Familiarity with the gaming or fintech industry is a plus.
Ideally you would have QA, software analysis or product management background.
