You will be giving more people the opportunity to change the world of urban transportation by finding the right talent for our open positions in Estonia, Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland. You will fill positions in different business areas from marketing to retail to manufacturing to hardware and software engineering. Your tasks will include coordinating hiring campaigns, defining the roles, creating job ads and sending offers. You will actively source, interview and coach our hiring leads to select talented people, who possess the skills and values we need in our team. Together with our Recruiter and Marketing team, you will design our employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns.

You will shine in this role if you are passionate about recruitment and providing an amazing candidate experience to every applicant. Prior experience as a recruiter or in a related field speaks in your favour and helps you hit the ground running. You can juggle multiple projects at the same time while keeping communication flowing on all fronts. You thrive when you have the professional freedom to be creative, take initiative and have ownership of a topic. You also value teamwork and working towards a common goal. You work well with different personality types. You speak good English and Estonian which will help you to succeed in the international environment of Ampler and communicate with the applicants. German language skills would be a plus but are not mandatory.

Ampler bikes are made by a team of 130+ people spread between Estonia, Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland. We are headquartered and our bikes are assembled in Tallinn, Estonia. Ampler showrooms are located in Berlin and Cologne in Germany, in Tallinn and soon also in Switzerland and the Netherlands. Our offices are located in Tallinn and Berlin. We pride ourselves in having strong team values that point us in the best direction whenever we make decisions. You will join our People & Culture team distributed between Estonia and Germany and you will work alongside another Recruiter, but also a People Partner in Estonia as well as Office Managers and the Head of People & Culture.
