You will become a part of our growing e-commerce team that works with our medium- and big-size clients. You will plan, structure, prioritize, mediate and analyze in order to provide brilliant experience and excellent results for clients. Our teams work according to Scrum methodology. Your tasks and challenges are:

* Work with cross-functional team and stakeholders
* Transform data insights into products with valuable outcomes to the ultimate customer
* Manage backlog efficiently, outline milestones and deliverables
* Identify opportunities and prevent or minimize risks
* Generate and translate product ideas into detailed requirements and user story documentation
* Collaborate with the teams to create documentation (specifications, research, UX/UI design etc) and make release/deployment decisions
* Lead the overall product development

Your profile is

* 1,5+ year experience as a Project Manager or Analyst or Product Owner
* Knowledge of software development lifecycle
* Strategic mind-set
* Strong customer focus combined with an empathic approach
* Experience in e-commerce
* Analytical skills and data-driven solutions
* Good understanding of user experience design
* An accountable team player with an ambition to become a bigger professional
* Fluent in English and Estonian
* Deep desire to get better at what you do
