IT Project Manager

We are looking for a passionate Project Manager, responsible for managing our most important product development-, engineering- and platform projects. Your primary focus will be to orchestrate different teams and functions (product, engineering, platform etc.) over different time zones (Europe, US) for a successful project delivery. Your work is supported by an environment that appreciates the work of a project manager. As you are dealing with high ranked projects you will have a high visibility within the company. There's plenty of work and interesting topics ahead as we keep growing at a fast pace.

What you’ll do

Coordinate different teams and stakeholders to define the scope and business plan of a project. Get management approval for implementation.
Manage the successful implementation of our most important IT / technical projects.
Consolidate tasks into a project delivery plan. Keep track of actual progress vs. planned progress. Manage changes in the project plan.
Proactively manage the information flow between all stakeholders involved, ensure project-related communication.
Provide transparency into the project status on a consistent basis to all stakeholders, especially to the management.
Create and maintain a risk register and mitigate risks.
Host the retrospective for the project and apply learnings to our processes.


In order to succeed you need:

3+ years of related work experience: “classical” IT project management skills with global product and development teams.
A sense of ownership and a passion for project management, technology and IT.
Ability to act as a driving force and to deal with different stakeholders.
You can work effectively and respectfully with the project team; are able to proactively communicate with others.
High willingness to follow and improve project management & reporting standards.
High proficiency in English is a must, Estonian language skills are beneficial.
A passion for iGaming industry in general is a plus but not required.
