About this opportunity

Nordea Branch Estonia is providing a variety of different services to other units within the Nordea Group. As “One Nordea Team”, employees in Nordea Estonia will be working very closely together with colleagues in the Nordic countries.

We are looking for a Project Manager within KYC Services (Large Corporates & Institutions) in Estonia, to drive and manage optimization of processes we excecute. This is an opportunity for you to work in an international and change driven environment with many inspiring colleagues from across the Nordic countries, Estonia and Poland.

What you’ll be doing:

Translating business needs to tangible project objectives for projects
with small to medium complexity.
Planing and following up on project deliverables.
Understanding the project risks and compliance issues to facilitate and
define proper mitigating actions.

Acting as a driver and coordinating force between multiple stakeholders in order to ensure success in all aspects of the change -process, people, organisation, union handling, IT & authorisations, legal, taxes, risk, compliance, etc.
Taking part in further developing methods and tools together with stakeholders and other units.

Your profile and background:

Experience in project management in an international corporate environment
Proven experience in process development and improvement from end-to-end perspective
Sound business understanding and ability to quickly identify key issues in new areas
Ability to establish relationships, create trust and contacts on all levels of an organisation
Result oriented and structured with focus on setting and reaching targets
Excellent in both verbal and written English
A bachelor degree, master degree is a benefit
