Project Manager

We are looking for a passionate Project Manager, responsible for managing the launches of our casino products and mobile applications to new jurisdictions in the US and other countries. Your primary focus will be to orchestrate different teams and functions (engineering, compliance, marketing, production etc.) over different time zones (Europe, US) for on-time launches. Keeping an eye on the regulatory requirements, determining and communicating a high volume of tasks to different stakeholders is key. Your work is supported by established roles, a proved meeting structure and checklists. As the whole value chain is involved in a launch you will get a deep insight into our processes and get to know a lot of people. There's plenty of work and challenges as we keep growing and entering new markets on a monthly basis.



What you’ll do

Act as primary contact inside RSI when launching our products in new markets.
Coordinate different teams to define the gap in our current product offering and arrange for the necessary development.
Consolidate tasks into a launch project delivery plan. Keep track of actual progress vs. planned progress. Manage changes in the plan.
Proactively manage the information flow between all stakeholders involved, ensure project-related communication.
Create transparency about the project status on a consistent basis to all stakeholders, especially to the management.
Act as a driving force behind all people and functions involved - get launches delivered on time and in full.
Host the retrospective for the project and apply learnings to our launch process.


In order to succeed you need:

3+ years of related work experience.
A sense of ownership and a passion for technology and IT processes.
Ability to act as a driving force and to deal with a high volume of different tasks.
You can work effectively and respectfully with the people around; are able to proactively communicate with others.
Readiness for dealing with legislative requirements and the ability to translate legal requirements into action items.
Preference for working in pre-defined and recurring processes.
High proficiency in English is a must
