Lawyer

You’ll need to have:

• Master’s degree in law
• A minimum of 3-years experience
• Expertise in at least one legal area described under the key responsibilities
• Experience from highly regulated business area is a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Fluent working proficiency in English• Ability to multitask and work under urgency

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting managers and contract owners in legal negotiations with partners and service providers
• Developing materials to help implement business strategy across the group
• Supporting functional leaders in drawing company policies and obtaining licenses
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory framework governing mainly gambling, anti-trust, intellectual property, marketing, consumer protection, and data protection
• Responding to inquiries from regulatory agencies, customers, and the business community
