In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

  • Be part of a team of senior specialists responsible for the Group wide (international) area of Compensation & Benefits (C&B);
  • Operate as the SME and primary point of contact for C&B and Group HR on remuneration related data and analytics;
  • Lead and develop Swedbank’s job evaluation model and process;
  • Be responsible for salary surveys Swedbank participates in;
  • Ensure market insights as well as review and define salary ranges based on benchmark data;
  • Lead and participate in activities for the annual salary review and variable pay process in Swedbank;
  • Lead and participate in C&B group wide projects from time to time.

What is needed in this role:

  • Ability to independently plan and lead the work in the area of responsibility ensuring delivery in accordance to overall deadlines;
  • Ability to act as senior advisor and consult stakeholders throughout Swedbank;
  • Experience in job evaluation, levelling and managing benchmark surveys (submission and result analysis);
  • Advanced analytical skills analysing large amounts of data;
  • Good cooperation and teamwork skills;
  • Self-leading and structured nature with a sense of details and control;
  • Experience in working in a multinational environment;
  • Advanced skills in using MS Excel;
  • Fluent in English and ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
