In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Be part of the team responsible for the Group wide (international, multi-country) Variable pay and Salary review process;
- Gain experience and develop in the HR and Compensation & Benefits area;
- Work with the HR System (Oracle Fusion) operations and support HR Compensation & Benefits processes;
- Play a crucial part in our HR Variable Pay and Salary review processes and operating and maintaining the support for these processes in the HR systems (Oracle Fusion) Compensation module;
- Work with details ensuring high data quality as well as understanding the Oracle Fusion systems Compensation module and configuration;
- Be responsible for data maintanace and preparation, provide regular reports for internal stakeholders as well as the Compensation & Benefits team througout the process.
What is needed in this role:
- Good analytical and problem solving skills;
- Cooperation and teamwork skills;
- Self-going and structured with a sense of details and Control;
- Ability to independently plan tasks and deliver in accordance to overall deadlines;
- Experience from or desire to work in a multinational environment;
- Proficiency using MS Excel;
- Good English skills, both oral and written.
