Skills and capabilities
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Understanding of marketing features in Pharmaceutical areas (alignment with inner policies related to adverse events, local law, procurement procedures and basics of project documentation circulation) and readiness to follow this process carefully
• Deep understanding of Omnichannel Marketing principles, digital media (Programmatic, SEO, SEM, behavioral metrics, E-mail marketing, advertorials, retargeting, etc.), and analytical tools.
• Experience in working with agencies/ vendors
• Proven working experience in digital marketing not less than 2 years
• Deep knowledge of specific customer segment - based on therapeutic areas and channels e.g. pharmacy, retail, hospital, tender, biosimilars
• Fluent in English and Estonian
• Experience working with OTC, Medical Devices and Rx medicines preferred but not essential
Tööülesannete kirjeldus
Key responsibilities for this role include:
• Understand customer journey - identify value-added, non-product solutions for customers – HCPs, payers, pharmacies, patients, collect and integrate into Viatris strategies, plans and goals to drive positive customer and business impact. Lead the implementation of new global digital channels in line with country needs.
• Develop solutions to support in country Commercial Team who call on HCPs and large organized customers (e.g., hospitals, pharmacies, physician group practices, public services, patients, etc.)
• Strategic support, coordination, and management of digital marketing (Digital media campaigns, HCP portal / Microsites creation and update, Email campaigns, Webinars, rep-triggered e-mails, customer engagement programs, closed-loop marketing etc.) that meet needs of Viatris customers and Business objectives
• Close collaboration with Omnichannel Excellence to ensure implementation of Omnichannel communication strategy across Finland & Baltic sub cluster in assigned TA.
• Develop and execute value-added programs meeting ROI threshold set by the Commercial Manager
• Work with Commercial and Marketing to ensure tight linkage between customer needs and brand/disease/TA strategies and tactics - double loop feedback customers to plans
• Forecast key customer performance and track progress towards target.
• Devise metrics to track ROI of customer value-added programs
• Provide local customer insights feedback to Commercial and Marketing leads.
• Focus on longer-term program development / management & market shaping
• Maintain adherence to compliance standards in all programs created
• Actively support and participate in the co-creation of local customized, customer-centric strategies and channel feasibility
• Support the Implementation and management of local customer plans, balancing TA/Brands targets with customer-centric approach
