About the role
Our team is growing, and we’re excited to welcome a new Senior Finance Business Partner to the team. We’re looking for someone with proven experience analyzing digital sales and marketing performance from sales funnels and conversion drivers to customer acquisition costs and return on marketing investment, and the ability to turn these insights into business decisions.
Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll combine financial expertise, advanced analytics and an understanding of business performance drivers to challenge perspectives and guide decisions. Your insights will help shape strategic and commercial priorities from where to invest to how to improve profitability, strengthen sales and marketing effectiveness and use resources more efficiently supporting sustainable growth.
What you’ll do
· Analyze digital sales and marketing performance from sales funnel conversion and customer acquisition costs to return on marketing investment and recommend actions to improve profitable growth.
· Partner with senior leadership, department heads and the Group, using forward-looking insights into business performance, competition and macroeconomic trends to inform decisions and strengthen data-driven decision-making.
· Drive Baltic and Group-level strategic and transformation initiatives, helping shape how business performance is managed and decisions are made to create sustainable value.
· Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes within your area, ensuring alignment with strategy and company-wide objectives.
· Use reporting, cost control and performance analysis to support and challenge business units to meet profitability, efficiency and productivity targets, and recommend how to allocate resources for growth.
· Work with the Data & Analytics Unit to identify, design and deliver advanced reporting and analytics solutions that support business decisions.
· Carry out investment evaluations and cost-benefit analyses to support high-impact strategic initiatives.
· Lead continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
What you’ll bring
· Proven experience analyzing digital sales and marketing performance, with a strong understanding of sales funnels, conversion drivers, customer acquisition costs and return on marketing investment. You can turn these insights into decisions that drive profitable growth.
· Strong business acumen and an understanding of value creation drivers, customer economics and commercial performance.
· A deep understanding of key financial and operational performance indicators, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, P&L management and financial statements.
· Experience evaluating investments and conducting cost-benefit analyses to develop business cases and support strategic decisions.
· An analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to anticipate business needs and provide forward-looking insights that guide decisions.
· Strong skills in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel and Power BI, and a demonstrated curiosity about using AI, automation and analytics to improve business decisions and productivity.
· Strong communication and storytelling skills to turn complex financial data into actionable business insights, engage stakeholders and build credibility at all levels of the organization.
· A leadership mindset with a proactive, collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
· A master’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, business administration or a related field.
· Experience in strategic finance, business partnering or advisory role working closely with senior leadership is an advantage.
· The role requires a high level of proficiency (C1) in both Estonian and English.

Location: Tartu mnt 84B, Tallinn. You’ll work in a hybrid setup, with at least 3 days a week at your local office.
