Job description
What you’ll do
- Draft sales and purchase contracts, proforma and commercial invoices based on agreed deal terms
- Book and coordinate road transport with our logistics partners: loading dates, CMRs, driver and vehicle details, delivery confirmations
- Prepare and check shipping documents: certificates of analysis, organic certificates and TRACES COIs, Fairtrade documentation, and export or customs documents for UK, Swiss and other non-EU shipments
- Track customer prepayments and release goods for loading only once payment is confirmed
- Keep every deal file complete, and follow up on missing documents with suppliers, carriers and customers
- Support quality claims by gathering batch data, evidence and correspondence
- Keep supplier details confidential on all customer-facing documents
