Job description
We are seeking a proactive sales team player to help expand our impact across global markets. In this role, you will be at the frontline of sales strategy and execution - identifying new opportunities, building strong partnerships, and turning prospects into long-term clients.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Grow our distribution network by identifying, researching, and reaching out to potential partners directly (B2B)
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation through to deal closure
- Support and monitor distribution partner performance, offering guidance and follow-up to help them succeed
- Tailor sales presentations thoughtfully to address each client's specific needs
- Collaborate on the development and execution of marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities for growth and promotion
- Keep management informed through regular activity and results reports
Requirements
- A positive, ambitious attitude that brings energy to a team
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and spoken English — essential for this role
- Comfortable working with MS Office tools, CRM, and ERP systems
- Experience in B2B sales is a plus
- Knowledge of Estonian/ Russian is a plus
