About the Role
With over 500 vessels operating 24/7 worldwide, our Collections team ensures the financial engine keeps running. As a Credit Collector, youll manage your own portfolio of business customers, ensuring timely payments through professional communication via phone and email. Youll collaborate with internal stakeholders, process reports, track account statements, and issue reminders and invoice releases.
- Communicating with our B2B customers via phone and e-mail
- Managing your own portfolio of customers
- Ensuring that all customers are aware about their debts and payment terms
- Processing reports and keep track of the account statements
- Identifying accounts that require escalation
- Communicating with our stakeholders and other departments in a professional and polite manner
About You
You’re a team player with a positive mindset and a strong sense of responsibility. Your negotiation and problem-solving skills will help you thrive in this role. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential for communicating with customers and colleagues.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Good grasp of MS Office suite
- Time management skills and ability to work with deadlines
- Ability to quickly adapt to the system and process changes
- Must be a resident of Estonia or hold a valid residency permit.
