In this role, you will be a key member of our accounting team, ensuring smooth and accurate payroll processes while supporting our employees and business operations. You will work closely with colleagues in Estonia and across the international Veho organization, contributing to high-quality financial processes and reporting.

What you'll be doing

• managing payroll calculations and salary payments;

• calculating payroll-related taxes and ensuring compliance;

• preparing payroll reports and statutory submissions;

• supporting payroll and accounting processes across the organization;

• collaborating with colleagues in Estonia and the international Veho finance team;

• working with the Pilvepalk payroll system.

You will thrive in this role if you

• have relevant education and hands-on experience in payroll and tax accounting;

• enjoy working with numbers, data, and complex information;

• have a structured and analytical approach to your work;

• are fluent in Estonian and can communicate confidently in English (B2 level or above);

• possess intermediate Excel skills;

• are reliable, accurate, positive, and enjoy working as part of a team.
