Endoca is looking for an exceptionally capable and analytical Project Manager to work directly with the COO and senior management across a wide range of business and investment projects.

This is not a traditional project-management or administrative position.

You will work across many different projects — technical, operational, commercial and strategic. One week you may be coordinating a new production technology; the next you may be analysing a new product, working with equipment suppliers, preparing an investment case, investigating a production problem or helping launch a completely new business initiative.

You do not need to be an engineer or industry expert. We are looking primarily for intelligence, analytical ability, curiosity, speed and execution.

We are open to different backgrounds. You may have studied engineering, pharmacy, medicine, physics, mathematics, chemistry, biotechnology, food science or another demanding analytical discipline.

Your exact degree is less important than how you think.

You should be someone who can receive a problem you have never seen before, understand it quickly, find the right experts and information, ask intelligent questions, develop options and drive the project to completion.

Salary: €3,500–€5,000 gross/month, depending on experience and capabilities, plus performance-based bonus.
