About the role

We're looking for a forward-thinking Senior Finance Business Partner to join us as a strategic business partner to senior leadership. You'll operate at the heart of the business, partnering closely with leaders to shape decisions, challenge perspectives, and transform financial and data-driven insights into tangible business impact. In a highly visible position, you'll help drive profitability, efficiency, and sustainable growth by combining strong financial expertise with advanced analytics and a deep understanding of performance drivers.

What are you going to do?
  • Work alongside senior leadership, acting as a trusted advisor in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and providing forward-looking insights on business performance, competition, and macroeconomic trends to guide critical decisions.
  • Drive Baltic- and Group-level strategic and transformative initiatives and shape business steering principles and decision-making that create sustainable value.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes within your area, ensuring alignment with strategy and company-wide objectives.
  • Drive business performance through actionable reporting, cost control, and performance analysis, optimizing resource allocation for growth and efficiency.
  • Partner with the Data & Analytics Unit to identify, design, and deliver advanced reporting and analytics solutions, and embed data into the business steering model.
  • Conduct investment evaluations and cost-benefit analyses to support high-impact strategic initiatives.
  • Challenge and support business units in achieving profitability, efficiency, and productivity targets through financial insight and performance tracking.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by acting as a trusted finance partner to department heads, management, and the Group.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.

What do we expect from you?

  • A master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand value-creation drivers, customer economics, and commercial performance. Proven experience in a strategic finance, business partnering, or advisory role working closely with senior leadership is considered an advantage.
  • A strong analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to anticipate business needs and deliver forward-looking insights for decision-making.
  • A deep understanding of key financial and operational performance indicators, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, P&L management, and financial statements.
  • The ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights through compelling storytelling and clear communication.
  • High proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel and Power BI, as well as proven curiosity and a strong interest in leveraging AI, automation, and analytics to improve business decisions and productivity. Experience with SQL and Python is considered an advantage.
  • Experience with investment evaluations and cost-benefit analyses to support business case development and strategic decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with credibility across all levels of the organization.

  • Proficiency in the Estonian language at C1 level and English at C1 level.
