You are a seasoned freight forwarding professional with extensive experience in complex transport operations, particularly across Finnish or Turkish traffic. You have managed multi-step delivery networks covering FTL, LTL and last-mile terminal deliveries. You know your way around customs procedures and have built a strong network of trusted customers and reliable partners.

You're an expert in air and sea freight — from a single box to a chartered cargo aircraft, from groupage consolidations to multiple reefer containers, there’s little in the book you haven’t seen before. You’ve built a wide network of agents around the world and have a deep understanding of local markets and customers.

5+ years of solid, hands-on experience in complex road operations or Air/Sea freight
In-depth understanding of the Estonian transport market, key players and price levels
Fluency in Estonian and advanced English skills. Russian is considered a plus
