Requirements for candidates
- Proven experience in endpoint security technologies, including EDR/XDR, antivirus solutions, vulnerability management tools, and security monitoring platforms.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, EKS, IAM, VPC, S3, RDS, Auto Scaling Groups, Load Balancers, Terraform, Helm, and CI/CD integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Python scripting, automation, API integrations, and security-related process automation.
- Expertise in SQL databases and database administration, including Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL, with experience in performance tuning, backup, recovery, and security.
- Strong understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems, including OS internals, processes, memory management, and security concepts.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, combined with a proactive mindset and fluency in English.

Join our team as a Systems Engineer Endpoint Security and play a key role in safeguarding our global IT environment. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing endpoint security technologies, vulnerability management processes, and security performance metrics, helping to strengthen our organization's overall security posture and resilience.
Responsibilities:
- Automate security processes, integrate security tools, and support operational excellence through scripting, cloud technologies, and infrastructure-as-code solutions.
- Develop and maintain security roadmaps, identify gaps, recommend best practices, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of the organization's security posture.
- Define, monitor, and continuously improve security KPIs and reporting capabilities to provide actionable security insights.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and compliance scans, evaluate security controls, and support remediation activities to reduce risk exposure.
- Collaborate with Cyber Security teams, product owners, and key stakeholders to gather requirements and drive security-focused initiatives and solutions.
- Manage and maintain endpoint security solutions, including Anti-Virus, Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR/XDR), and enterprise web gateway technologies to protect business assets and data.
