Job description

Are you an experienced software professional who thrives on solving complex technical challenges, building scalable enterprise solutions, and mentoring others?
We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our collaborative technology team and play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting business-critical applications. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performing solutions that drive business success.
As we build the software that powers global logistics, we're also shaping the future of how software is engineered. Alongside hands-on development, you'll help us explore how AI can progressively transform the software development lifecycle. We're looking for engineers who see AI not just as a coding assistant, but as an opportunity to rethink how software is built.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage AI to improve engineering efficiency today while actively contributing to our long-term AI-first engineering vision. You'll experiment with new AI capabilities, identify opportunities to automate development workflows, and help us continuously evolve how AI supports software delivery across the entire development lifecycle.
  • Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using modern development practices.
  • Lead technical investigations, troubleshoot complex production issues, and drive root-cause analysis across distributed systems and services.
  • Analyze business requirements, identify dependencies and risks, and contribute to solution architecture and technical design decisions.
  • Ensure software quality through code reviews, automated testing, performance optimization, refactoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Own and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical designs, and engineering knowledge repositories using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Wiki, or similar platforms.
  • Utilize AI tools and services to enhance development efficiency, improve code quality, automate engineering tasks, and contribute to AI-enabled product capabilities where appropriate.
  • Mentor and support fellow developers, collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, UX Designers, and other stakeholders, and take ownership of solutions through deployment and production support.

What we offer

  • Work on large-scale enterprise applications that support global business operations.
  • Be part of a highly collaborative and supportive engineering culture focused on quality and continuous improvement.
  • Influence technical decisions, architecture, and engineering best practices across the team.
  • Help shape our AI-first engineering journey by experimenting with emerging AI technologies and influencing how AI becomes an integral part of our software development lifecycle.
  • Gain exposure to modern technologies, including microservices, cloud platforms, distributed systems, messaging solutions, and AI-enabled development practices.
  • Mentor and develop other engineers while advancing your own leadership and technical expertise.
  • Take ownership of meaningful projects from concept through deployment and production support.
  • Enjoy opportunities for learning, innovation, professional growth, and career progression within a forward-thinking technology organization.
