Grafton Estonia is currently looking for new Member for Team in Tallin: B2B Sales Representative - active, goal-oriented, and confident in ability to generate new clients through cold calling, active client search, and usage of B2B sales resources provided by the company.
Your role:
- Actively identify and engage potential B2B clients through cold calling and other outreach methods
- Drive business growth by creating and developing new sales opportunities
- Prepare and present tailored sales proposals that meet client needs
- Build long-term relationships by understanding client expectations and offering effective solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales approach
- Cooperate closely with internal teams around Baltics
- Work independently, taking full ownership of your sales process and pipeline
What we expect:
- At least 1+ year of experience in B2B sales
- Proven success in new business development, cold outreach, or client acquisition
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to prepare clear, persuasive proposals and presentations
- Fluent in Estonian and English
- Self-driven, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision
