Whom we are looking for
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who speaks both Finnish and English to join our Customer Support Team. If you have excellent Finnish and English language skills (verbal and written), strong communication and administration skills, customer-focused approach, attentiveness, positive attitude, and relevant permit to work in Estonia then this job might be for you. This is a working from home position!
You will:
-Provide inbound and outbound customer support in all service channels including LiveChat, Non-live Tickets, Phone Calls
-Conduct quality audits on a representative sample of cases to verify adherence to quality standards
-Address customers inquiries, complaints, and issues related to the Clients Products and Services
-Process returns, refunds and related matters according to the policies.
-Escalate unresolved and legally sensitive issues to the Client.
-Follow the standards and response templates for professional customer communication
You are:
-Fluent in Finnish C1/C2
-Fluent in English min. B2
