You will play a pivotal role in analyzing and developing complex financial data and processes, generating valuable insights, and driving strategic initiatives across various business units.

What is needed in this role:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in SQL, Python and Java give advantage
• Process and/or Software modelling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English for cooperation with Group and Baltic colleagues
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one
• Experience with software solution to cloud adoption is beneficial
• Solid understanding of financial markets, financial instruments is beneficial
• Experience working in the financial industry within business units is considered as a plus
