Purpose of the role:

The Spa Receptionist assists guests with spa bookings, inquiries, and ensures a smooth flow of spa operations. This role involves managing appointments, processing transactions, and maintaining a welcoming and organized spa reception area.

Your responsibilities will be: 
  • Interact with guests, displaying proper etiquette and extending a warm, personalized welcome upon their arrival and bidding them a fond farewell.
  • Schedule spa appointments and manage the reservation system efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with spa staff regarding daily appointments, requests, and special requests.
  • Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions to guests.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Process payments and transactions accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area.
  • Assist in promoting spa products and services.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
What we expect from you:
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting.
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of spa treatments and products.
  • Proficiency in booking systems and the MS Office suite.
  • Proficiency in English at a conversational level.
  • Team player with a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
